At SKNOVA, we are confident in the performance of our Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to genuine customers while preventing misuse or abuse.

Please review the policy below carefully before purchasing.

Refund Options & Timeframes

7-Day Full Refund (Product Return Required)

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a full refund, provided that:

  • The product is returned to us

  • The device is still unused

  • All original components are included

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Return shipping is paid by the customer (a flat $4 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund).

This ensures fairness while preventing misuse of the policy.

14-Day Partial Refund (50%)

If you request a refund between Day 8 and Day 14 after delivery:

  • You may be eligible for a 50% refund

  • The product must still be returned in good working condition

  • All components must be included

This option is intended for customers who have used the product for a longer period but still wish to return it.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for any refund:

  • The device must be used as instructed (face only, correct usage)

  • The product must not be damaged, modified, or misused

  • The return request must fall within the stated timeframes

  • A valid order number is required

  • A Shopify order receipt / confirmation email must be provided as proof of purchase

Refunds are intended for genuine dissatisfaction — not free usage.

What’s Not Covered

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery

  • Products that are damaged due to improper use

  • Missing components or accessories

  • Failure to follow usage instructions

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within the eligible timeframe

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the request

  3. Our team will provide return instructions if approved

Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.
