Refund Options & Timeframes
7-Day Full Refund (Product Return Required)
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a full refund, provided that:

The device is still unused

All original components are included

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping is paid by the customer (a flat $4 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund).

14-Day Partial Refund (50%)
If you request a refund between Day 8 and Day 14 after delivery:

You may be eligible for a 50% refund

The product must still be returned in good working condition
