Where is my package?

Once your SKNOVA order ships out from our facility, you will receive an automatic confirmation message containing your tracking ID.

Note: It may take up to 12-24 hours after your order leaves our facility for the courier tracking portal to update its initial location scans. If you need immediate assistance with a delivery inside Lebanon, please contact our dedicated support team via WhatsApp with your Order Number (#100X).
